- Coordination with west team for daily activities

EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skill
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Work on ad hoc requests from business team
- Weekly and monthly consolidated status reporting
- Candidate must interact with support team and business team on regular basis to get the clear requirements and coordinate with respective application team to fix the user issues on time
- Candidate should be ready to learn any technical skills
- Candidate should possess good verbal and non-verbal communication skills along with relational aptitudes.
