Job Description

  • Understanding of technical skills from a staffing perspective to understand how demand fulfilment needs to be done through IJP channel.
  • This role requires the team member to interact with multiple account stakeholders, employees who are IJP applicants and practice staffing teams from reviewing a resources resume who has applied IJP till the resource gets allocated to the project for which IJP is applied (resource understands basics of the staffing process, basic understanding of IJP process, ).

Primary Skills

  • Understanding of technical skills from a staffing perspective to understand how demand fulfilment needs to be done through IJP channel.
  • This role requires the team member to interact with multiple account stakeholders, employees who are IJP applicants and practice staffing teams from reviewing a resources resume who has applied IJP till the resource gets allocated to the project for which IJP is applied (resource understands basics of the staffing process, basic understanding of IJP process, ).
  • Stakeholder management.

  • Reporting Skills (Excel-based) – Basic excel skills needed with knowledge of pivots, filters, and basic macros (basic excel formulas, vlookup, sum, how to use filters, how to make pivots etc.).
